Try the difference yourself
One comparison, not a verdict.
Map a fictional service request from arrival to resolution. Identify where information is lost and propose two small changes with trade-offs. Mark assumptions clearly instead of calling your map a client case study.
Try a small, fictional part with and without an AI draft. Note what saved time, what you had to correct, and what remained impossible to judge without context or permission. If a task involves safety, clients, pupils or confidential data, keep the experiment entirely fictional and follow professional rules.
