Discover the rule
Inductive reasoning
Infer a pattern from unfamiliar sequences, codes, or transformations, then apply that pattern to a new case.
Take this 20-question IQ test across unfamiliar patterns, numerical relationships, verbal logic, and spatial transformations. Your transparent 0–100 form score and four-domain breakdown appear immediately.
Your form score is the percentage of these 20 questions answered correctly. It is not a percentile, clinical result, or standardized IQ score.

IQ learning library
Six independently written guides separate definitions, scoring, norms, accuracy checks, personality comparisons and honest practice. They support the test without duplicating one generic article across several keywords.
Definition and interpretation
Understand what an IQ score represents, how norm-referenced interpretation works, and what intelligence tests cannot conclude about a whole person.
Read guideFrom item to interpretation
Follow the complete scoring chain from test questions to raw totals, norm conversions, uncertainty and responsible interpretation.
Read guideRead score charts carefully
Learn how IQ score charts are constructed and why a generic range label cannot replace the manual and norms for a specific test.
Read guideClaim-evaluation guide
Evaluate online IQ test claims using evidence about items, norms, reliability, validity, uncertainty, privacy and intended use.
Read guideConstruct comparison
Compare cognitive performance tests with personality self-reports without turning either result into identity, worth, compatibility or destiny.
Read guidePreparation without answer harvesting
Practice common reasoning processes, reduce avoidable mistakes and understand why preparation changes what a retake can mean.
Read guideFour complementary domains
The form interleaves four types of reasoning so the result is not driven by one repeated puzzle format. Each question has one keyed answer under the rules stated in its prompt.
Discover the rule
Infer a pattern from unfamiliar sequences, codes, or transformations, then apply that pattern to a new case.
Track relationships
Work with sequences, proportions, and stated constraints without requiring specialist mathematics knowledge.
Follow the logic
Resolve analogies, category rules, and short deductions while limiting rare vocabulary and cultural trivia.
Transform the view
Mentally rotate, reflect, and track simple forms or positions while keeping visual-detail demands controlled.
What your score means
The released form gives you the evidence it directly supports today. A future norm study can add a separate standardized interpretation only if the data justify it.
Read the full methodologyFive original questions in each of four cognitive reasoning domains are delivered one at a time. The server verifies the complete answer set and returns a transparent form score.
The correct-answer key stays outside the browser. Guest attempts can resume securely, completed results are immutable, and signing in can claim an eligible guest result without turning email into marketing consent.
The 0–100 number is exactly percent correct on this form, shown beside the raw total and four five-item domain counts. It is never relabeled as a percentile or clinical IQ.
A suitable representative sample, reliability analysis and external validation would be required before adding a standardized IQ estimate. That would be a new, separately versioned interpretation—not a silent change to today's results.
Intended-use boundary
This online test is for adult self-exploration and low-stakes education. It does not diagnose a condition, determine giftedness, decide school placement, screen a job candidate, or replace assessment by a qualified psychologist.
FAQ
It is a real, server-scored 20-item online cognitive reasoning assessment covering four domains. It returns a transparent score for this exact form. It is not a standardized, proctored or clinical IQ test and does not replace professional assessment.
IQ is norm referenced. A total such as 16 out of 20 has no defensible population meaning by itself. This test therefore shows 80/100 as percent correct, not as IQ 120 or the 80th percentile. A population conversion requires a suitable reference sample, reliability evidence and score uncertainty.
You receive a 0–100 form score, your total correct out of 20, and separate counts for inductive, quantitative, verbal and spatial reasoning. The domain counts are descriptive because each domain contains five questions.
No. The client receives the current question and response options, but the keyed answer and scoring logic remain behind a server boundary. The completed response set is checked and scored by the server.
There is no countdown, speed bonus or speed penalty. The result uses keyed accuracy only, so device speed is not part of the score.
No. Even a future calibrated online indicator cannot reproduce an individually administered clinical assessment. Do not use this test for diagnosis, giftedness decisions, school placement, hiring, or other high-stakes decisions.
No. Language can change instructions, verbal demands, item difficulty, and response patterns. Japanese needs native adaptation, independent review, cognitive interviews, accessibility testing, and locale-specific evidence before sharing a score scale.
The separate 24-problem reasoning practice reveals every keyed answer and explanation after completion. It complements this protected online test without exposing its operational key.
